What is batch shipping? +

We "batch" ship once weekly. Orders placed by 9pm EST on Sundays will ship by the following Friday.

What if a product is sold out? +

If a product is marked sold out, rest assured we are busy making a fresh new batch. Click "add to waitlist" to add your email to the waitlist and we will email you as soon as the new batch is in stock.

Do you accept returns? +

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please fill out our contact form below and we will be happy to assist you.

What if an item arrives damaged? +

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your item by filling out the contact form below. The damaged item(s) will be replaced immediately, free of charge.
