RETURN POLICY

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your item by filling out our contact form. The damaged item(s) will be replaced free of charge, or if you prefer, a refund will be issued.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed by 9pm EST on Sundays will ship by the following Friday. We are unable to make exceptions at this time.

SHIPPING

We offer USPS Priority Mail Shipping at a slightly discounted rate for all shipments. For shipments under 16oz. (1lb.) only, we offer USPS First Class Mail Service. Both options should arrive to you within 1-3 business days. We do not yet ship outside of the US.
